She was born on Boxing Day (a holiday celebrated after Christmas Day).

In 2014, Georgia Hirst started playing the character of Torvi (the wife of Jarl Borg, then the wife of Erlendur, later the wife of Bjorn, and then the wife of Ubbe) in the historical drama action-adventure television series Vikings.

Vikings has been created and written by her father Michael Hirst and Georgia’s half-sister Maude Hirst has also appeared in the series.

Georgia was 22 years old when she was diagnosed with precancerous cells and she urged young female fans to go ahead with smear tests during an appearance on Sky News in 2017.

She has also appeared in the music videos for songs like Rise by Calum Scott and Let It Be by Shona McGarty.
